This policy explains what information Trade Chapters collects on tradechapters.shop, why, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

  • When you buy: your email address, the ebook or bundle you chose, the language, the order number, the amount, the payment status and the time of the order.
  • Mobile number: our payment gateway, Cashfree, requires it to process a payment. We pass it to Cashfree with your order and do not store it ourselves.
  • Payment details: you enter these on Cashfree's secure payment page. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. Cashfree handles that information under its own privacy policy.
  • When you visit: basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, which our hosting provider records to run and protect the site.
  • Advertising and measurement: we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure visits and purchases from our Facebook and Instagram ads. This can include cookies, your IP address, browser data and, for purchases, your email address in a scrambled (hashed) form.

2. Why we use it

  • To process your order and send your download link.
  • To send you a new link when you ask for one, and to answer support emails.
  • To prevent fraud and misuse of download links.
  • To measure and improve our ads.
  • To keep records we need for accounting, tax and legal reasons.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the services that run the shop:

  • Cashfree (payments)
  • Resend (sending the delivery emails)
  • Supabase (storing order and download-link records)
  • Netlify (hosting the website)
  • Meta (ad measurement through the Pixel and Conversions API)

These services may process data outside India. We may also share information if the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for support, accounting, tax and legal reasons.

5. Cookies

The Meta Pixel uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site and your purchase will still work.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information, or ask a question about this policy, by writing to tradechapters@gmail.com. We will reply within a reasonable time. Some records may have to be kept for tax or legal reasons.

7. Children

The website is not meant for anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
