Refund Policy

Our ebooks are digital products. Once the download link has been delivered, the sale is final and we do not give refunds, except where the law requires it.

We will refund your payment if:

• you were charged but never received a working download link, and our support could not fix it;
• you were charged more than once for the same ebook or bundle;
• the file you received was corrupted or could not be opened, and we could not send you a working replacement.

We do not give refunds for:

• trading or investment results;
• market performance;
• not liking the educational content.

Bought the wrong language?

Write to us within 7 days with your order number and we will send you the other language once, free of charge.

How to ask for a refund

Email tradechapters@gmail.com with your payment reference (order number) and a short description of the problem. We reply within a few business days.
