These terms apply when you use tradechapters.shop or buy an ebook from Trade Chapters. By buying, you agree to them.
1. What we sell
Trade Chapters sells educational trading ebooks in PDF format (The Clarity Series). Each ebook is available in English and in Hinglish (Hindi written in English letters). Nothing physical is shipped. Trade Chapters is a brand of Nexa Mind.
2. Educational content only
The ebooks and this website are for education only. They are not investment, financial or trading advice, and they are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument. Trading involves substantial risk. You are responsible for your own decisions. Trade Chapters is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the website. Payment is processed by Cashfree, our payment gateway. We do not see or store your card or bank details. Your order is confirmed only after the payment is verified.
4. Delivery
After a verified payment, you get a download link by email and on the thank-you page. Each link works for 5 hours and allows 2 downloads. You can request a new link with your email address and order number. See "Shipping & Delivery Policy" for details.
5. Your licence to use the ebook
When you buy an ebook, you get a personal, non-transferable right to read it. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or publish the ebook or any part of it, in any form. All rights in the text and design stay with their owner.
6. Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for any trading or investment loss, or any other loss, that comes from using the ebooks or this website. Where the law does not allow this limit, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the ebook.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
